Where we ship
United States addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes or internationally at this time.
Processing
Paid orders are handed to our fulfillment warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days. You will see tracking on your order page and, if you have an account, under Account → Orders.

Delivery problems
If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, check with household members and neighbours and wait 24 hours, then contact us within 7 days. If a package is lost by the carrier we will replace it. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that you provided; please check your address carefully at checkout.
Damaged in transit
Covered by the Refund & Replacement Policy — report it within 14 days with photos.
