This policy explains what ClearCore Labs, a TruGen Labs business ("we", "us") collects when you use clearcoredirect.com (the "Site"), why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you sign up for updates: your name, email, optional phone, whether you are interested in distribution, and any message you write.
- When you order: your name, email, phone (optional), shipping address, the items you bought, and any notes. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Stripe sends us a payment reference only.
- When you create an account: the details above plus a password, which we store only as a salted one-way hash.
- Automatically: your IP address and browser type on each request (server access logs and on orders/sign-ups, for fraud and abuse prevention), and the referral code of the sales rep whose link or QR card brought you here (so that rep can be credited).
Why we use it
- to take, ship and support your order, and to answer defect claims;
- to credit the sales rep who referred you;
- to email you about the launch or new products only if you signed up for that;
- to keep the Site secure and to comply with law (tax, accounting, fraud prevention).
Who we share it with
- Stripe (payment processing) — receives your name, email and billing details at checkout under Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Our fulfillment warehouse (The Culture Wellness, Las Vegas, NV) — receives your name, shipping address, phone and the items to pack and ship, and the carrier receives what is needed to deliver.
- Our sales reps see the first name and last initial of customers who bought through their link, and order totals — never your address, email or phone.
- Service providers that host the Site and our email, under contract. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Cookies
We use only strictly-necessary cookies (cart, referral credit, your login). No advertising or analytics cookies from third parties. Details in the Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (generally 7 years). Sign-up details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Access logs roll over after a short period. Account holders can delete their account at any time from the Account page; this removes your personal details and keeps only the anonymised order record we are required to hold.
Your rights and choices
- Access & export: download everything we hold about you from your Account page, or email us.
- Correction: update your details on your Account page.
- Deletion: use "Delete my account" on your Account page, or email us. We will honour it except where we must keep records by law.
- Marketing: every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
- California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct and to opt out of sale/sharing under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided it, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS only. Passwords are hashed. Card details never touch our servers. No method is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new "last updated" date.
